Included Tote Allowance
How many totes are included?
To keep things simple and predictable, moving totes are included based on the size of your move, following a review of your inventory. Additional totes can be arranged if required.
Small Move
Studio / 1–2 Bedroom: up to 30 totes
Medium Move
2–3 Bedroom: up to 50 totes
Large Move
3–4+ Bedroom: up to 75 totes
Delivery, Pickup & Care
Simple from delivery to pickup.
Your move coordinator will confirm timing and details in advance.
Delivery & Pickup
Moving totes are delivered before your move and picked up after you’re settled, based on a scheduled window. A delivery and pickup fee applies. Totes are delivered clean and ready to use, and pickup is arranged once unpacking is complete.
Tote Care & Replacement Policy
Reusable moving totes are expected to be returned in reasonable condition following your move. Normal wear (scuffs, light scratches) is accepted at no charge. Lost, missing, or damaged totes may be subject to a replacement charge of up to $65 per tote. Replacement charges apply only when a tote can no longer be safely or hygienically reused.
